VIRTUAL THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA · IN-PERSON IN MARIN COUNTY
Where stillness meets the tide of becoming.
Relational, somatic, and nervous-system–aware. We move at the pace of your body.
Parts work, shadow, grief, and spiritual inquiry honored as gateways, not symptoms.
LGBTQ+, multicultural, neurodivergent, highly sensitive, creative, and curious welcome.

I am a fellow traveler on the path of personal and collective transformation, committed to holding space for the full complexity of being human.
I trust the intelligence of the body, psyche, and the unseen, honoring places of erotic aliveness, grief, longing, and spiritual inquiry as gateways to healing.
Time with me is less about fixing and more about tending... to the soul, the unlived life, and what is quietly trying to bloom. Grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and somatic practice, I witness with reverence, curiosity, and care.
My work is shaped by graduate training at California Institute of Integral Studies and advanced study in somatic trauma healing, attachment, mindfulness, depth psychology, relational Gestalt psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration.
Prior to clinical practice, I worked closely with founders, executives, and high-performing professionals navigating growth, pressure, reinvention, and complex decisions. I bring a nuanced understanding of success, burnout, perfectionism, and the inner life often hidden beneath outward achievement. As a former competitive endurance athlete, I also understand the psychology of striving, resilience, and identity shaped through performance.
My background in a more traditional cultural context informs my appreciation for how culture, family, and belief systems shape identity and the complexity of questioning or moving beyond what we were taught.
These experiences help me work skillfully with clients who appear capable on the outside while carrying stress, grief, loneliness, or disconnection within.
My approach is embodied and process-oriented, integrating mindfulness, expressive arts, parts work, somatic attunement, and existential inquiry shaped by your unique story and needs.
We begin where you are.
I see symptoms as signals your system is doing its best to protect you. Our time is collaborative, holding space for your story to unfold in your own timing and language, whether through words, silence, movement, art, or metaphor.
Together we'll explore new ways to feel grounded, supported, and more like yourself.
You do not need to have the right words or a clear plan to begin.
RESOURCES MAY INCLUDE
Our sessions are portals, not pathologies, to what is alive, aching, or emerging. Space is held for expansive human experience, including exploration of sexuality, intimacy, and the transformative potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Sensitive, spiritually curious people moving through grief, transition, trauma, identity change met, and questions of intimacy, sexuality, or embodied aliveness with affirming care.
Many of my clients are seekers and achievers, people who feel deeply, think expansively, and often feel they don't quite belong. Those awakening to their aliveness, unsettled by change, or carrying grief with nowhere to place it. Clients often come to me during seasons of transition: relationship changes, burnout, identity shifts, spiritual questioning, religious deconstruction, exploration of intimacy or desire, grief, trauma recovery, or the sense that an old way of living no longer fits.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, multicultural, and intersectional care, recognizing that mental health is shaped by lived experience, identity, and social context. I work with clients exploring how culture, family dynamics, systemic pressures, and experiences of marginalization or belonging have impacted their sense of self, including how these forces shape our relationship to the body, intimacy, and sexuality.
All of you is welcome here.
IF YOU HAVE EVER FELT
I offer affirming therapy for all identities, with a focus on supporting LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, highly sensitive, creative, and spiritually curious folks, as well as those navigating multicultural identities, bicultural experiences, or questions of identity, power, and belonging. Some are healing from childhood wounds. Others are deconstructing rigid beliefs and reclaiming parts of themselves that had to go underground like their voice, vitality, and capacity for connection.
Our first sessions focus on getting to know one another, understanding your goals, spoken or unspoken, and building a foundation of trust. This is therapy as soul-tending. It's not always linear, but it is always relational. You don't have to go it alone.
My rate is $180 per 50-minute session for individuals, $220 for couples, polycules, friends, and families. I accept Med-Cal, Partnership, and other insurances. I also have a limited number of sliding scale spots available. Please reach out to discuss.
A 20-minute consultation is a way for us to meet, share what's present, and see if working together feels right.
